I have lived in the Sparks Ward (formerly Elgar Ward) of Box Hill for more than three decades and for the past eight years, Councillor Liu has admirably represented our whole community and has been a superb conduit for our collective concerns.

When I needed support, Councillor Liu carefully listened to my concerns and then directed me through the required process with compassion and care. When I was ready to formerly lodge my concerns with Council, I found that Councillor Liu had already communicated with the relevant authority and that they were ready and more than eager to properly address my needs.

There are many more examples where Councillor Liu has been instrumental in the provision of excellent service, like saving our very important Service Centre in Box Hill from closure.
